Selecting a mobile device owner's account summary on the People screen displays account detail view. A series of options across the bottom of account detail view allows administrators to manage the displayed account and mobile devices within it.
In account detail view, administrators can do the following:

| • | Removing a user's profile from the Exclusive Access list |
| • | Suspending account or device access |
| • | Allow account or mobile device access to ZixOne servers |
| • | Reset a ZixOne mobile device passcode |
